Homer, I agree with you that McNabb should get a shot to see if he can play up here.

However, remember the kid is only 22. It's not like he's 25 and this may be his last shot at the NHL.

Unless a trade is in the works with one of our D (and I would rather part with the Hoff over any of our young D), hopefully McNabb forces their hand at training camp.

Homer,let me say,it isn't confirmed exactly,could be as much as 23. This happens all the time over there...and when mom works in census bureau. Lets just say if he is 21 now,he dominated against 16,17 and 18 yr olds

If Grigs is really 21 then we drafted him wayyyyyyyyy to early. Don't guys that old go in the like last 2-3 rounds? We did get that 21 yr old in the last round who was in top 5 in scoring....

I will give you another little tidbit. It will come out,I have heard from numerous people that the reason why Grigorenko fell in draft is that he is really 21. His mom works for census burea in Russia,take it for what it is worth

Yes, But the major issue he is he would have lied about his age thus improving his draft stock.. He should be kicked off the team if thats true, but this is all purley speculation.

All I will say,is at the draft,more then three tems stated they wouldn't draft him because of the age,Darcy ignored it and didn't even flinch like it was any big deal

Man that is an old rumor that was out before the draft. I would think that would of been found out by now. The reason he fell in the draft is becasue his play dropped off and people where unsure if it was his willing to play or because he just came off getting Mono.
