Just having Crabb on the 4th line over Howden proves me correct on everything I've been saying. Even you realize that these "prospects" suck. Tallon has one good draft pick, huby, that's it.

I've been saying for a while that Howden is a prospect we should trade for NHL talent. Even Bjugstad scored when he was up here last season; and that was after a long NCAA tournament.

And when he played against kids during the world juniors he disappeared. Probably because he plays against slow, old guys in Finland who can't play in the NHL. Huge mistake to just plop him in the NHL at age 17. They did the same thing to Olesz and he never had over 30 points in a season.

This team needed a top line center since 2000. It boggles my mind they still have yet to address this. It's like they don't even want to win. It's getting obvious.

He will develop into a 3rd/4th line center if we're lucky. The guy looked lost in his short time here and has sucked during world juniors. He's way overrated by some. Ill give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I doubt he ever becomes a 2nd line center on a playoff team. Anyone could center the 2nd line on our AHL squad lol

Well, reading this, and quickly commenting right off the top of my head, I can tell you that Shawn Matthias WANTS to play here. Now, will he be the kid I saw before the Devils playoff series, or the kid I've seen since that series is up to him. I'm going to give HIM the benefit of the doubt, since HE said it, he wants to win here...That being said, he's a hell of a SECOND or third line center today.

If Tallon is handcuffed by ownership then man up and trade a Bjugstad or a Matheson and bring some scoring to Sunrise. If not then get ready for a very boring and long long season of losing.

I would look to trade guys like Howden, Grimaldi, McFarland, Racine.. for some help. Those guys, especially Howden and Grimaldi, would fetch a decent return when packages with other things.

Well from what I remember didn't all of you think Brennan would be our future QB lol what a joke that guy was. Ellerby too lol. Crazy how right I've been. It's no different w Bjugstad, he's nothing special. Gudbranson is another guy that needs to be criticized. Def not worth 3rd overall.
