I am as well. The contracts were pretty stupid, as they typically are, so I am not overly concerned that we haven't signed anyone as of yet. However, I am ticked that Miller and Vanek are still on the roster. I am also pissed that a guy like Jim Nill, who has been on the job as the Stars GM for a matter of days, has been able to put together a strong roster down the middle of his team with the likes of Benn, Seguin, Horcoff and Peverly when we haven't been able to ice that kind of depth at center in 6 years. I am all for suffering if it's for the greater good, but I think there are options out there to be had that would make the "suffering" more tolerable and for whatever reason, we aren't acting on them.

Oh I agree.
I just want Miller and Vanek moved if they intend to before they get hurt or before their trade value gets anywhere near below knee level.
This would keep me satisfied quite honestly.

Dude had no problem or hesitation trading Eriksson who has established himself as a solid goal scorer for a hole they needed to fill in the center position. Now that's how it's done.

Kings don't have the cash to take on Vanek, I would think he would want a contract extension. If the Kings have to move money you would think it would be Kopitar, he didn't do well last year or in the playoffs, not saying it will happen so everyone calm down.

L.A.'s best prospect, and a 1st is plenty enough for Van.. Don't get me wrong, I love Vanek, but he isn't signing here, hence, his value is decreased. Maybe I'm wrong, but no way L.A. offers that.
