Luongo's contract is what made him unmarketable. Miller's situation is totally different with only 1 year left. He's pricy, but definitely the best goalie available (and better than the ones that people have been scrambling to sign today).

Miller's value is determined by how much a team needs him. Vancouver thought a team would eventually need a goalie enough to give up what they wanted for Schneider or Luongo. Never happened. Same thing with Miller. When it comes down to it, there isn't anyone who needs him that much. You can trade him for what teams are willing to give, or keep him and lose him for nothing in a year.
