I think it's definitely an overpayment but he would've been great on the powerplay - the net presence we've been looking for. The term, though, is what makes this deal truly awful. I wouldn't mind paying 5 mill/per but for 2-3 years (unfortunately you have to over-pay to get quality back)

He was really good, given he basically only got defensive-zone/shut-down type of minutes. The guy seems to play hard and has a decent scoring touch.

Incidentally, did you hear his mini-rant with respect to the Leaf's organization etc the other day? It was pretty good entertainment (around 8-9 censor beeps :lol. The guy was just a tad ticked off
