Meh, I try not to keep track of what other people said, especially so long ago. I'm not sure if you wander into other forums now and again, but there's this one douche that has a hard on for VANTEL about Luongo to the Sharks. It borders on stalking.

I hated the trade (still not happy about it), but it is what it is and I'm happy to move on with what we have now.

Look, if you dont read the comments before making that post then the point you made is off track. Kassian is behind, and whats the point of trading a developed player for a project player in the Canucks position at the time? It puts you behind and anyone still saying we needed the bigger body instead right away... even if we had to wait years is crazy. We have been center starved ever since. The trade put this team behind and if you cant see that, your head is in the sand. I dont know why you trade a promising 21 year old for a project player anyways. I think that being a privileged millionaire opposing healthcare for the underprivileged makes you a terrible person.

I mean, I can remember you claiming I hate Kassian just because I dont like the trade and I didnt praise things that for the most part havent come to be or even close to what we were sold by Gillis. People never think pulling stuff like that is putting fuel on a fire? I know you apologized but everyone washing their hands of the topic getting crazy is not fair at all. Chompsey just did it to me in the last blog.... to point it only gets crazy when I'm involved may be true.... but maybe people should pay attention to how and address it if they truly care so much.

For the record and in spite of what the instigators say, I've never fully denied any character issues. I've only ever pointed it all out as unproven hearsay. Overnight, after Gillis made those comments, everyone became an expert on his poor character all of a sudden even though we now all agree on who the bumhole was behind the bench.... the party line remains the same.

No one hates being reminded that they spent a year or two telling someone they are wrong about their opinion just to see later that they were in fact wrong eh Micah? People can be incredibly hypocritical in this manner. They are alright telling people they are wrong but it very "off putting" to find out its the other way around.

I have probably set the record for being told he's wrong on here so really it fits more the other way around in my case. I disagree often but how many poop storms has my honesty brought on in this forum over the years? It definitely seemed like it was a distraction for the team. Not quite sure to what extent and if it affected the team chemistry significantly or not, but it puts up warning flags in terms of whether or not he's a team player. He seemed to be using his position as a pulpit for some of his Tea-party philosophies.
