Nonus gave Bernier 2.9 mil per for two years, I still think Reimer will win the starter spot and be pissed that his back up will make 1.1 more than him. |

He made a suggestion that the two perhaps are corroborating evidence that Hodgson is spoiled.
Big deal... - Fosco

your to much. You choose what people are right and wrong in the media. I'm going by something somebody I actually know who knows Cody. He's got no reason to lie to me. I take him at face value, unlike most things I hear in the media.
Iol give u one more. When Cody lead the WJHC in scoring he didn't even make the list of top 3 players on the team(3 best players are chosen from each team in the tourny every yr) - Bieksa#3
Would you be insinuating that someone is a hypocrite???? |

Sounds like he connected rumors from Ont about his family to this contract snag to me..... it's pretty clear. - boonerbuck
Ah yes. Its a clever ploy to expoxse u and Cody. I'm heading back down to the basement to plot another attack against you.

I hope Gaunce comes in a earns that 3rd line center spot. One year of pro hockey would be best for him (AHL) before he makes the transition. I know he can't play in the AHL. But it is what it is, he's perfectly suited for the role. |

I definitely feel a bit less worried about taking the risk of stifling his offensive development now that Horvat and Shinkaruk are in the system....
But another year in the OHL is still best for Gaunce, IMO.
I guess in a perfect world the Canucks wouldn't need to rush anybody... |

I'm on the fence. Would like to see him make it but would also like more development in Jr. |

Oh for god's sake... (frank) Hodgson! I hope he wins the goddamned Art Ross, Rocket Richard, Hart, Conn Smythe all the next 3 years in a row. Maybe then we can put this thing to rest. I'm tired of the same argument whenever Gillis and his mistakes/defending them comes up about Hodgson. |

But 2.9, they qualified him at 1.5. I can see maybe 2 but to go over by almost a mil. is scary, especially if he doesn't win the starter spot. |

Three years time we could have Horvat - Kesler - Gaunce - Lain down the middle, I wonder how that's gonna all turn out? |

IMHO in terms of not hindering the development HuSh might be our best bet. And quite a few of the scouting reports say he's very close to NHL ready |

Typically the NHL is a results driven league, not a development league...but for some teams, they have no choice. Looks like poor management has now got us in that position. |

It seems it will never be put to rest, it'll be carved into Gillis headstone. If this team falters next year be prepared for the I told you sos'. |

I think its like 3.5 mill and comp is only a 2nd rounder. What if one of the teams in the trade talks for JB offer sheet him for 3.5 per. Leafs match or just threw away Frattin and a AHL goalie. |

We've been butting heads for years, its funny as poop.....just sit back, take a poke and enjoy the meltdowns I say........ - chompsey
If anyone here has proven he comes here to jump down the throats of people he disagrees with, it's definitely you. We been off the head butting for a long time but it hasn't stopped me from being disgusted in some of the attacks I've seen you perform over a simple opinion from lesser informed Canucks fans. Your "meltdown" is just people pushing you back. It's why you're here afterall and I got bored of responding to your insults. I wont put up with clowns telling me what I can talk about on here tho... especially when the topic is active before I post. You have a lot of nerve.
