Congratz guys you guys signed Weber. Yanick Weber. Gillis is the laughingstock of the league right now. Has Luongo said anything yet Nucks fans? Should be worried that a goalie no gm wanted doesn't even want to play in Couver. - Smurfs-A-Joke

A lot of over priced 3rd and 4th line role players in the FA pool this year.
Stalberg, Gordon, kaurpokski to name a few.
Be nice if we could find them within our club for less then a million. Like archibald, Lian.
I think leaving a few contract spots for some Undrafted overagers. Find another burrows. Mallet probably would have went Undrafted. - manvanfan
I love what Vancouver has done over the last week. I hope Edler is sent packing for a nice young return. |

As I said before he was traded. I know a couple that live in Haliburton(sp) Cody's whole family is a bunch of self I titled punks. Cody is a spoiled little brat. He needs to grow up. Lots of talent. |

Mike Ribeiros' wife's wraith (according to her twitter account) for not re-signing him

You realize that only the highest of douchebag wannabes refer to Vancouver as 'Couver' (i.e. are you and Garth BFF's?) |

I'm not too worried either.
This team will finally have some ELCs contributing, and that will make a world of difference going forward.
Only thing that worries me is retaining the Sedins for reasonable one year deals after next year, looking at what Alfie got... - Fosco
$3.5m base is pretty good if you ask me, which you didn't. |

3 agents, going on to his 3rd team all by 23 pretty impressive, but hey Gary Roberts likes him or at least his cheqs. |

Horcoffs salary is less than his cap hit, so I could see a team that doesn't spend to the cap taking it. - Gullzy

Not gonna happen - don't mean to be a wanker but there is home-town discount and then there is this thing called reality. I think the Sedins will command similar money as they are currently getting (I think the absolute lowest they would go (for one year, that is) would be around $5.5 per). |

I'm not denying his talent. But he needs to get over himself. The Sabres new coach had him on the 4th line near the end of the season because of how bad his D was. |

I know. I just don't see it going down like that.
Since they aren't 35+, it'd be beneficial for both sides.
7million for the first four years, and 3.5 million for last 4 = 5.25 AVG over 8 years.
And I'm sure they'll be expecting raises for their next contract. - Gullzy
I think contracts 7 years and over are subject to cap recapture, so 6 years max. |

Point is moot anyway, only 35+ can sign contract with performance bonus built in (and ELC). Sedin's won't qualify for that on their next contract. |

Highly doubt they'll be looking for anything longer than 3yrs. |
