I think this might be pointless for a few reasons...:

1) McCarron is probably going to college...
2) if he isn't, he's not going to Hamilton, but to London
3) it's being discussed here...meaning it's pointless...

You sound pretty sure...and it could very well be...

I always thought that the CHL had priority, so since McCarron's rights are with London, they could require that he play with them if he's not in college and trying to make the jump to the AHL...the only way he could play pro would be in the NHL...

His triceps are really strong. Stronger than his biceps. In cartoon, he would be see as weak. lol

Protip: Briere is absolute sh!t defensively. Sure, he scores a bunch of goals in the playoffs. But he also gets lit up by third lines. Terrible signing. Bergevin's first major failure.

I think the rule doesn't apply to US born players, unless they have played in the CHL before being drafted.
