All I know if the guy was good enough to win two Cups and he seemed to get a ton of ice time. It's beyond stupid to sign a guy like Regin when FA just started and you know Isles fan are hungry for someone much better.

why would you get rid of Hickey? He was arguably one of our top two puck moving defensemen last year (and I'm including LV in that, Streit was crap) and he's young. In return you add a slow, defense only Scuderi that doesn't hit for more money. Crazy.

It deoesn't have to neccesarily block Donovan. We have no depth on D. Scuderi would be a huge upgrade for us. Snow doing his usual nothing during FA routine. Addressing his goalie vacancy with someone who IMO cost us a playoff victory is crappy.
