there was that period near the end of the season when Bergy lost his marbles and Claude trying playing seguin at his natural center position. that experiment lasted less than one period. good luck to the stars. b's couldn't wait on him anymore and his $6m cap hit.

I think that was one of the most telling tales, even Seguin admitted he was lost out there and couldn't really keep up. Strange because he should have been learning from one of the very best in Bergy

Great pickup by Dallas.

Chiarelli traded Seguin because he forked out too much cash after his entry level and it was a bad contract. He should have got a Subban type bridge deal. So to mask his own bad decision he planted the character seed to the media and, what are the odds, it grew into a full blown plant.

The B's just couldn't afford Seguin if they wanted to keep Bergeron and Rask, and still fill out the roster with some talent.

He's no more of a drunk than Marchand is.
