My guess is one of 2 things

Nonis has always liked Weiss more than Garbo and you will see him signed early along with clarkson. Just don't see how we also get a new D without Liles gone. At 4 for Weiss and 5 and a bit for clarkson we would be over the cap after making some reasonable rfa signing amount guesses.

Or he has worked out a trade for statsny.

I just plugged all the salaries into a spreadsheet and made guesses on Kadri gunner franson etc and left Liles in there. When you add in Weiss at 4 and Clarkson at 5.25. There is no room for anyone else.

What do you think Kadri franson, gunner, Fraser will get? Maybe I'm too high.


I also added in a few base amounts for colborne and another Marie.

I think I put in 3.5 for Kari, 3 for franson, 2 for gunner and 1.25 for Fraser. Maybe a little high but even if they are less still no room for another D with Liles still here.

I'm actually a little surprised that people are so high on Clarkson with Horton out there. Hell, even Clowe (who will come cheapest of all).
