If he's the best center available, then that's the route they need to take. Bozak will probably end up signing for way too much money elsewhere, so he's the best option. We couldn't lure Vinny, but Vinny doesn't care about winning, or he'd have not signed with the Flyers. They're starting to act as disfunctional as the JFJ regime. We should deal for their first rounder in two years, so we have a lottery ticket for Connor McDavid.

he's a second liner at his best, and a third liner otherwise. foolish to think of giving someone that much money when they'll most likely be back to their average 3rd year production not so long after signing the contract.

Again, someone asked our perfect day for tomorrow. Mine was Iginla for two years tops. Considering our lack of grit up front, and veteran leadership, we could do a lot worse than Iggy in a short window.

I was a big Grabo fan, but he's not a #1C, but was the highest paid C on the team. I know why he got that contract, but it didn't fit anymore.

Weiss isn't my ideal, but he's better than before. For same money, it's an improvement.

offensively, their numbers have been fairly similar, and it's not like grabovski put up those numbers with allstar wingers either.
