As he was going out the door Grabo ripped Carlyle and the organization.

I thought it was just Carlyle.

Yeah MacT is doing alrite so far.

It's the Bryz thing that might (frank) him up

- Byfuglien Ate Me

There was nothing wrong with Bryz.

The team that signs him will be happy.

You liked Grabo didn't you?
- robin_steele264

I was content with Grabo as a 2nd line C. I would like Kadri in that role, and a real #1 proven C instead, but Grabo was more realistic.

That's probably why I don't follow.
- robin_steele264

it's real simple, spend 6 mill or so on a long term contract for Clarkson and eat up a lot of cap space for when all those first overalls have to be resigned

Does anyone really think Edmonton is a destination of choice for Clarkson, regardless of the money? Not trying to slam the city, but let's be real here.

I was listening to the fan 590/TSN all day on tune in while planting trees somewhere near tumbler ridge BC. Quite an enjoyable day. Seguin gets moved, Arencibia rips Zaunn, The whole Grabo thing happens. I look forward to an even better day tomorrow. Tim and Sid are pretty good

It was really bad audio but I thought he ripped into Carlyle and then said something like if you don't get support from the coach... blah blah blah something something for the whole organization. By the way, I'm also old and going deaf. I'm sure it'll be on tsn tonight.

Holy frig! I doubt the GM has considered the salary cap and how it might effect things!

Oilers and Leafs are budget teams it looks like anyways.

Well, here's a big deal thanks for your 3 straight 20 goal + seasons, you are a part of the core.

Sorry, but you're our 3rd line centre now and you're overpaid, why aren't you scoring you sack of poop? Bye.

Happening over one year is kind of a Richard move and why nobody wants to play in Toronto...

I have a difficult time believing that after all the hardball Nonis has been playing with Bozak's agents he would buy out Grabovski just to make room for his big raise.

Its also not difficult believing that after all this talk about a #1 C, Nonis goes out and trades 3 picks for Bolland. Then buys out Grabo and lets Bozak walk. Since we're talking about things that make sense.
