Not sure on the stat, but I've been saying Kadri will be our 1 all along. Maybe not this year. But in a couple. Hopefully if we are getting a Weiss-aid, it will be a short term, or if he's comfortable moving back when Kadri is ripe and ready for #1.

I'd say both teams are happy with the assets they received.

Many leaf fans seem to have this undying need to frame that trade as a win.

why would nonis wait to resign bozak after buying out grabo when he didnt need to?

keep grabo, retain the leverage til bozak's contract is inked.. then buy out grabo

if bozak doesnt have a contract yet then he is just going to ask for more now

its not going to be bozak.. its something else.

nonis is too methodical to make a gaffe like that.
