Couple questions for you B's fans:

If you ignore Seguin's off ice antics, would you have preferred to move Krejci and slot Seguin into the 2C role long term?

Now, if you take into account his alleged immaturity, would you still do it?

I tried to look at the deal you got from Dallas for what you gave up from a Buffalo perspective to see if I could come up with something similar, and I came up with the following :

To Boston - Vanek (assuming extension signed with Boston), Foligno, Pysyk, Ennis or Tropp

Would any of you Boston fans A. have done that deal and B. done that deal over what you got from Dallas?

Not sure, but I think I like the Dallas one better, Like Loui's game and fits well with the B's. plus plays RW and a lower cap hit

Wouldn't argue with you on what you siad about Eriksson.
What I can tell you is that the rest of the package is better from Buffalo.
Foligno and Pysyk in particular would be instant contributors to your team in a big way.

Dallas payed for potential. At the moment Seguin/Eriksson is a win for Boston, but if TS hits his ceiling, Dallas makes out pretty good. I don't hate it, wouldn't have done it, but don't hate it.

This is a prime example of team over talent for B's. You get a dynamite 2 way player that can pot 30 goals consistently but won't be a 100 pt guy and sacrifice the superstar potential of Seguin.

I agree with this 100%

I do like Foligno and Pysyk but the huge cap saving in order to sign Tuukka and to pick up another piece via FA is what wins it over for me plus how much I do like Loui

Figured they would split Bergy and Eriksson so they have both Selke nominees on separate lines

I absolutley love the Alfie spot, but I think he stays in OTT 98%

This Fraser cuts it? I know the kid is a damn good AHL scorer (but so was Chris Bourque )

Fraser is a big boy though, NHL body type vs CB who was undersized.

Thinking Spooner and Koko will be in tough. Spooner will be waiting for a Center spot as that's where he's most effective. Koko lots of growing to do, not sure if he can fit wing or not. Yeti and Kelly are 1/2 for that 3C spot and I don't see either of them not on the roster come game 1.
