I was hoping he would use it on Pev or kelly, I like them both but they make too damn much for the role.

I think he was looking for trade partners but cant see teams biting as they can find a replacement in FA

Wow, that would be a huge trade. Eriksson would be a great on the Bruins. He is a great player and has 40+ goal potential.

Loui is a GREAT add, hopefully Pev is heading the other way as well for the cap releif and hope we can get Faska and Oliesiak as well... cant judge the return until we see the specs involved

Dallas payed for potential. At the moment Seguin/Eriksson is a win for Boston, but if TS hits his ceiling, Dallas makes out pretty good. I don't hate it, wouldn't have done it, but don't hate it.

This is a prime example of team over talent for B's. You get a dynamite 2 way player that can pot 30 goals consistently but won't be a 100 pt guy and sacrifice the superstar potential of Seguin.

I like Eriksson, he's a good fit for the Bruins, but he plays LW and we need a replacement on RW for Horton. Was Eriksson on the Stars top line ? Eriksson is a good solid two way player but yeah if TS hits his stride he'll have way more offensive up side than Eriksson does.
