Yeah, we already had that GM....prospects disappearing from the stable......stupid trades.....moves seemingly driven by panic (more likely alcohol)....how did that work out?

Since GM's have been talking to prospective UFA since earlier this week. All the favorites know where they are going by now. 12 pm is mostly a formality IMO.

Then the scraps can be picked up by clubs like the Isles.

Prior to the Draft I was confident that we would pick up some decent pieces to the puzzle today. A respectable goalie, a useable forward. Maybe even a vet "D" man. Now I'm not so sure.

Still trying to remain optimistic but history is getting in the way.
