Oh we have the perfect team, we are only missing 12 real players.
They are struggling because somebody in our team has to be above 13, but I am sure there is somebody out there.

Def not a prospect. Calgary wasn't going for a Dman. But the forward they got is not a prospect anymore either. He has been on a decline. Thus the 4th rounder.

I like this trade. The Jay Feaster Rebuild Report Card up to now:
Iginla trade- C. Got a 1st and two second-tier prospects. If one of the two pan out, this becomes a B or above.
Comeau trade- A+. Shocked he got ANYTHING back, much less a 5th, and Roy sounds like a promising prospect
JBo Trade- A. Untradable one yr earlier, and 2 promising prospects.
Knight trade- B.
Tanguay trade- B-. Depth, bigger, younger, and may work in Calgary's favor
Draft- B+
Galliardi trade- A. Didn't give up much, a 2015 pick lol. And signed to a low 1 yr 'prove it' deal.

Overall, I give Feaster a B+. Haters gonna hate.

Calgary should retain their top 3 forward prospects. I like the idea that Calgary is finally drafting well again, and not go back to icing a team with only 2 players drafted by the team.

From a Bruins fan perspective, it's about the only deal that's made any sense that has been floated. I don't want to see Seguin moved, and I believe it'll take a boatload for it to happen, but this proposal wouldn't entirely piss me off. Still think the B's are better off to keep Seguin.

I think the rumors are smoke. This is a shot across the bow, a warning to Seguin that he isn't untouchable, by Chiarelli and Julien. He will come to camp sobered up, and tear it up this yr. I too don't see him being traded, and Boston would be best to keep him. But if netting Backs Baert and a high pick, you do that deal.

I just hope Feaster doesn't.

Same with Jones and Galliardi.
Lines look fine to me for a young team.

That's kind of what his coach was saying in an interview following the trade.. He still has work to do. Watching some highlights though, he has pretty good poise. You could see players backing off when he had the puck. Some forwards are good at making defensemen give up their own blueline prematurely on the rush. Knight seems to do that well.
