I don't know, you are paying Bryz to not play and Mason is the only goalie right now. Mason may end up ok, but I wouldn't count on it. You just signed Streit to a 4 year deal for too much. (35+ contract as well, seems they never learn)

While I dont think the Kings could put together a good enough package for Seguin. I wouldnt rule it out. Would likely have to be more prospect based type trade. Maybe Boston is also looking to just shed some salary for once.

But if Boston and LA are talking I bet its about Peverley. Much safer option. Would like to see the skill of Seguin with Kopi and Brown though.

Maybe a Williams (rights to Scuderi) a couple prospects and a first next year or the year after is something to build on.

Okay.. ROFL. No one on Twitter, McKenzie, Lebrun, Dreger.. has mentioned Philly once. In fact they say Dallas and St. Louis. If you're Vinny, how do you choose Dallas over Florida? Florida has a much better future, a better prospect pool, and better benefits for him and his family. He won't have to move himself or his kids. No state income tax (hell, that's the only reason I still live here lol).

didnt the report earlier say Vinny only wanted to sign on the East coast?? Im no cartographer but Dallas seems a little bit of a stretch to be considered the East Coast... again im no geography expert... and i dont really want him in Philly so start up some other rumors...

Wish Halak would have played. I like Elliott as a backup, but not starting in the playoffs. He did ok, but IMO let us down in the last few games when we needed him to play well.

Halak is built for the playoffs. He doesn't let big moments get the best of him, and IMO excels when the pressure is high. We have only had the chance to have him in net in the playoffs for just over a game in his 3 years here.

I hope that changes this coming year.

They will be in goid shape until Giroux, Couturier and Schenn have good years and need re-ups, then you will have to trade a potential star becauae you signed a guy with a 3-4 year window. Dumb. The Leafs don't have a better option. The flyers shouldn't. I would look at Horton before Vinny.
