okee dokee then...

1) which team in the NHL had two top 3 goalies in the league as of four days ago
that's correct... none

2) which team(s) have salary CAP issues - and their GM doesn't realize it?

- BorjeFan4Ever

1) ... That is a trick Question! Vancouver had THREE of the top 3 goalies in the game as of 4 days ago. They found out that one of them sucks though so they fleeced a 9th overall out of New Jersey Muwahahahahhaha!

After seeing how Holmgren handles his players, why would any player in their right mind want to sign there? My prediction, Vinny will end up getting booed by fans in year 3, he'll end up being benched, and eventually bought out. Get in line.

8 years? Even if he signed at 2.5 mil or something, that would be a bad move.

Grabo has developed zero chemistry with any of our top six wingers over the whole time he has been here. Sayonara.
- fifty__missions

He has some with Kulie and MacA. Hes one of the longest standing Leafs left, which is actually quite something.
He hasn't developed chesmitry because he hasn't had time though. Grabo has always been around, but weève been going through a lot of players lately, now that we are getting better and we are developing a core, players will be staying and chemistry will build.
IMO JVR - Grabo - Clarkson would be a great 2nd line. Grabo flourishes with those kind of guys.

Agreed.

Grabo/MacArthur/Kuleman had GREAT chemistry IMO.

HAD being the key word...probably didn't help when a plane full of Kuleman's friends plummeted into the earth!!!

Wanted Vinny, and for who he chose to pick, not even a good pick, not even a contender as of now. Would have been easier to swallow if he picked a better team, then it would have made sense, just don't understand this move for both parties.
- ThePresident

Vinny had no intention of coming to Canada, as quoted by a former teammate of his a week ago.

Not true 3 goals and 3 assists in first 5 games with JVR before JVR was moved to play with Kessel because Lupul was hurt.... JVR had 3 goals and and assist in that time....

Even you have to admit signin Bozak for 8 yrs at $4+M per would be a huge mistake

The Bozak experiment should be over, a huge mistake if he is given a contract at all. What are we looking to extend, mediocrity?

Jvr and Clarkson at better versions of Mac and Kulimen?

I'm just guessing.

Enjoy!!!

The other guys were saying save the compliance on komi and just regular buyout komi and save the compliance buyouts for Grabo or Liles or Magical trade to get asssets to buyout others problems.

That's only half as bad... But still pretty bad.

I don't think Nonis agrees to anying that starts with a 4
