I wouldn't be too much in a hurry to use it on Komi. If he had 3 or 4 years left, then sure. But the way it stands now it's not killing anything.

I think once teams realized he could get what Philly was giving, no one wanted match that offer, it would take some teams alot of shuffling of parts (key or core parts) to fit that in, then in hampers the flexibility moving forward, Philly is (frank)ed, already used the 2 buyouts and now are cap (frank)ed....vultures circling
