Tell him to grow a pair, if he is closer to home or not... they are still splitting up. Nut Up!

Yeah, I'm sorry, but these guys make a WHOLE LOT of money that makes up for a WHOLE LOT of other stuff, IMO.

Most/all GM's do not like Snow bc of him circumventing the cap last year w/Tim Thomas trade and bring up A. Lee just to reach the cap floor and only playing the kid 1 or 2 games. They felt they should operate under better hockey rules instead. But most/all GM's understand that Snow is working with VERY LITTLE limitations...
Some have felt that Snow is really doing a good job finding AHL players and turning them into sound NHL players, he gets high praise for PA, MM, Grabs. But no mistake, SNOW has very little to work with. So all this nonsense of Wang given Snow full throttle to operate is completely BS......
Also bc he is not well liked, teams almost refuse to deal with him, just to teach him a lesson unless obviously it makes sense or beneficial to the other team. I could keep going on Snow and team, but will stop for now.

Cappy and the coaching staff, many feel that they are not the best coaches, but actually give them high praise for teaching a very sound hockey team, and that the perception around the league is " now the Isles are much better than most teams with a bright future ahead ". No more laughing stock, and this team is very well disciplined and sound, an with a few added pieces could be a dangerous team. Was glad to hear that, after the torture this team has been taken....

None of that is a surprise. Snow wasn't well liked as a goalie. Recently saw a clip of Philly/Buffalo brawl started after someone DESTROYED Barnaby in front of Garth. As other 9 guys on ice were trying to beat e/o, Garth was hooking a face-down-on-the-ice Barnaby in the balls. Barnaby(who's a wiener too) got up suddenly and ripped Garths helmet off and lit him up.

Very hard to do your job when all the other kids don't want to play with you. Explains lack of trades and inability to get quality coaching on LI. But he keeps Charles happy, so I guess I'll have to pray for the sale of the team.

p.s. - WTF was with the Isles "Entourage" for the 15th pick? Garth brought his whole family + coaches on stage and proceeded to stutter his way through 2 whole sentences? At least Kevin Connolly(whose 15 minutes are up) wasn't there. Garths son better not have eaten Wang jrs snacks.....that could change things....

I've gone to a bunch of them...including the one where I almost jumped out of the upper deck in Nashville to kick Milbury in his a$$ when he took Nilsson instead of Parise....especially after I saw big Louie running up to the podium to trade up to get him. Just couldn't swing tickets this time....it was a "lottery" where Devils season ticket holders got first priority, and scalpers who wanted to sell free tickets for money got second priority (just like everything else in New Jersey....and you thought the Sopranos was a TV show ). I'm going to try again in Philly next year- told my bro who's a Flyers fan to make sure he buys a partial plan this year, so we can get freebies.

The tixxs are free, so if you have trouble next year, let me know, hopefully I could get more if possible....

I have been saying this about Snow for years, No one listens. No one likes him around the league and that is why he should not be a GM

Hammer will not leave for the sake of leaving, but if he was not a RFA, it would be a possibility of him choosing home.....

We have NO money....the ONLY difference between us and New Jersey is that in our case it's by choice, as opposed to a spendthrift idiot pi$$ing away his fortune. Wang is trying not to do that- the bottom line, put simply, is that Charles Wang does not have ENOUGH money to own a major professional sports franchise. He is a billionaire, but not by much. It's at the point in pro sports where you have to be a MULTI-billionaire in order to compete, because of the stupidity of the Ed Sniders of the world. It is what it is, and I'm sure that when Charles hears the number he wants in exchange for his team, he will move on.

I don't buy that. I doubt any of these GMs like each other. I don't think Snow is aggressive enough. ALso analyzing the Devils trade now, it was not so great for them. What they need desperately is a forward not a goalie. They have Brodeur for atleast another year and Schneider becomes a UFA in 2 years. Once hes a UFA he will bounce from NJ. They should have kept the pick and started the rebuild.

with the salary cap ceiling projected to be around $80M in about 3 years, Duper and the Pens will find a way to fit into this years cap

Also would like to mention, few have said that Briere would likely prefer the Isles if negotiations went well over competing teams....and that he doesn't want to move his family, "which we all have heard"

would be a better option than Boyes...

If true about Hamonic... a trade for Kane would be nice!!!

I think he will be fine... just part of growing up and playing in the NHL.

Players make sacrifices to play.

Quick note on Kanes immaturity or arrogance....

When he goes to restaurants, he tells the owner/manager "I don't pay, do you know who I am"

On some plane rides, if the women are rude, he will pour champagne over their head....

i forgot...who was the one who laughed at my idea of Nikita Zadorov being available for the isles to pick?? im ok with Pulock but would have been very happy seeing Zadorov
- LetsGoIsles

Someone did scoff at the idea when u and I were discussing the possibility of him. I'm happy w the pick too but would've liked zadarov as well.

I would be a better option than Boyes. I can't play hockey worth sh*t anymore (I'm old and stuff- not that I was any good in the first place ), but at least I would have a "battle level" above, say...... zero.......

Yeah, I know he was kidding but I'm not. Sorry, but we can't trade him to Winnipeg for nothing because he "wants" to play there. It sucks, and I feel bad for him as a person, but this is the profession he has chosen. Most of us wouldn't even remotely have that option- at least he conceivably "could" be traded to Winnipeg.
