I'm willing to bet Nilsson is our guy after this season. Need a stop gap to share time eith Poulin

I like clutterbuck. Just expected more for Nino. Knew Snow wasn't dealing from the best position but it is what it is. Like clutterbuck and players like him. My type of player.

Isles likely view him as another Clarkeson. We had three major needs and have addressed none of them thus far. No one can complain about Snow NOT trading... Now they can complain about the return

and has way more potential for funny alternate nicknames...
clusterpuck
clusterbuck (swap an "F" for the "B")
fluffernuck
shufflepuck

Butchie will accidentally call him all of the above at some point...

I hope so... I love Uncle Butchie...

Gotta have a solid option or the season could be lost

And Smith won't be an option. A lot of attention turns to just a couple of goalies now.

I wouldn't be suprised if they trade one of the 3rd rd picks for either Hiller of Anaheim or Halak...I'd love Garth to get Gibson...I think he might be the best of the 4 Anaheim has...

I agree. Still time but Isles have plenty of work to do. Cannot expect everything to fall into place like last year. Teams will be making moves and not sitting back.

No excuses this offseason not to address these needs. The cupboard is no longer bare and they can't play everybody. If Snow doesn't fill these 3 needs, he gets an EPIC fail before the season even starts.

Halak or Hiller would be fine. Garth has to move quickly though. These players will not be available forever.

3rd round pick? We may need more than that.

I like the trade...as you know I wasn't a Nino fan...he isn't go to be as good you think..Clutterbuck will give the top 6 an energy boost...don't be suprised if we use our 3rd rd pick for a defenseman or goalie...

Anaheim has 4 goalies...could get one for a 3rd and also looking to get rid of some salary...

The fact that we kept our 1st rd pick suggests that we won't be making a major trade imo

Still cannot believe Vancouver did not buy out Luongo and keep Schneider.

The Canucks made a huge mistake. Luongo is pissed most likely since he basically had his bags packed.

Would be shocked if the Isles make a major trade ala Ryan.
