All the FA's get paid!!!
I just think he would be a good 2nd line Centre!!! - jimmc7722
He's not great defensively, he's not good offensively, he's not physical. Go right ahead.
he's not worth what he's asking/what he'll get, not even close.
He played with 2 guys that were PPG players 2 consecutive years and he couldn't accidently get a few points. He missed more setups then anyone. |

All Leafs have to do is go after Weiss, Clarkson and Ferrence/Scuderi, and we're set. |

Like the guy but hes a role player anything above the third line is a mistake.
If Nonis thinks this guy can step in and provide scoring for the Leafs and let Bozak walk, He is sadly, Sadly mistaken - vancity787
Grabo and Kadri are not 3rdl line players... Bolland is one of the best 3rd line centres in the league.... He is the type of player Carlyle loves.... We now have our 3rd line shutdown line with BOlland, Mclement and Kulemin |

He's a 3rd liner. Any higher and it's a sign that you completely lack depth at C. - daeth
im sure nonis is aware of that |

Bozak doesn't score, so no issue there. |

That describes the Leafs since we had Sundin & Nieuwedyk. |

Bozak had more hits than Bolland this year. Bozak would probably be a better third liner. |

Burke had similar thoughts on Versteeg. - magmoo
Nothing wrong with Versteeg, though. It was a good trade. |

...Bozak was playing on the first line with more ice time.
I'd hope he'd have more hits.
But Bozak is going to likely walking because he's too expensive. |

Schneider trade was a great trade - jbold
It sucks when your aginst the cap. I assure you three quarters of Vancity aint happy with Gillis right now. Regardless, we opened some cap space and are just going to have to roll with it and be happy with what we get.
I'll tell you this, Shinkaruk dropping that far down alowing us to pick him up really softens the blow of the Schneider trade.
Im sad to see him go but Shinkaruk (I dont even know how to spell his fukking name) and Horvat are fantastic pick ups. But were a team that wants to win now, And this trade deffinitley didnt help us in the present |

We won that trade because he has 2cups, and our 4th rounders have 0 and our 2nd rounder has 1. |

Thank you, Dave Bolland. An insturmental piece of two Stanley Cup runs.
Shut down the Sedins, Thornton, and Richards in 2010. Five points in six games in the final against Boston. |

How so? I don't think Burke got the player he thought he was getting. Either that or Versteeg just couldn't work under Wilson.

I know i know, everyone hates Bozak around here, hes an easy target. Bolland is just giving me an Armstrong vibe, he has had 2 full seasons out of 7, isn't a hitter, doesn't score, or win faceoffs.
Sorry to break up the circlejerk but id take Bozak as the third liner just about every day of the week. |
