If we can't get Lecav, then here is my preposterous proposal.
Seriously guys, its pretty out there, but mull on it anyways.

Gardiner - JVR - Kessel
Lupul - Kadri- Clarkson
Grabo - Bolland - Kulie.
McLaren/Damigo - Mcclement -Orr.

Its nuts, but it could work.
Gards played wing in junior, I believed.
JVR has also played center a lot. And can't be any worse than our team average on faceoffs.
And I think grabo would be fine in a defensive tole on wing, cuz the task is a bit more bearable, and bolland knows what he's doing in C. And that line could also have potential to be an offensive threat.

Its whacky, I know. But its fun. If I pitched this to nonis and took it seriously, I'd probably laugh.
