I agree, but he kind of reminds me of Colborne a bit, but a better skater and better hands. I'd say his ceiling is a Bergeron type player.

I know, that was my first thought. And while I found the tweet's target of Dion funny, there was a fair grain of truth in what he was saying. Dion on his own should get around the 10 spot depending on how badly a team wants him.

Skating has improved, indeed.

I think learning to play a bit of a checking role is what he's going to have to do if he wants to be a second-line centre.

He made it far on offensive ability and that fact that his size is there.

Skating was worked on, and his point totals in the AHL were great until he had a wrist injury, so it really comes down to coaching.

When RC looks at what he has down the middle, he probably is pinning a lot of hope that he can turn Colborne into the guy he needs him to be if Nonis can't find someone similar to be that kinda guy
