He's just getting started, and if the learning curve he's demonstrated to this point in his career is any indication, he's going to be a very dominant player for a long time. Boston's shitty cap management is some very lucky team's gain.

Again, you're comparing all of these guys in the first few years of their careers, when they're just figuring out how to play the league, against St. Louis' prime seasons to substantiate your argument as to who's better now. Unless you're Sid, OV, Gretz, or Lemieux nobody is going to be better in years 1-3 than an established star in years 5-7.
