Well do you think bringing them two back would get us a cup honestly? The team needs a solid goalie first off its a (frank)in carousel and has been since the hextall era lol! What moves you think theyll make? - Jayflyer
I was just joking around...I would like to see them land a #1 young dman like Yandle/Edler and a vet goalie to mentor Mason...Also go after another top 6 forward... |

He played RW in Boston, so depending on how Tampa wanted to utilize him they could play together. A PP unit with Stamkos on 1 side and Seguin on the other would be pretty lethal. - fudd1689
Yes sir. I actually love the idea of getting seguin if the price is right. It certainly would include our third. But if we trade our third and jones is available starting three I'd be passed...that's the risk |

I dont think you have to be an insider to know that an owner is unhappy when paying a guy 10 million dollars to score and then watch him not score... Yes he turned it around of course but still, sometimes if you can build an entire team by moving 1 guy its worth it. All im getting at is that Ovechkin could very well be moved as long as the package is enticing enough for washington. |

IMO he doesn't get moved. Chiarelli wont get the price tag he is looking for and hold onto him which I am more than ok with. If he is traded that's good but he will slot into our top RW spot next year and could bounce back strong with Krejci. From reports around Boston it sounds like he wants a top 10 pick, Top 6 forward and a stud prospect. |

I'm hearing Horton wants to hopefully move to NY or LA... so his wife can start modelling again.
Her parents have sold the family home and are waiting to see where Nathan ends up to follow the kids there!!!
J5.... - jimmc7722
Not with our cap problems. If LA can't sign Scudari for anything more than 3 million, there's no way we could afford his current rate of 5.5. Plus he's a right wing, our need is on the left side. |

I'm the same. I take a holiday on the deadline too. It's always for not, but I just can't stop doing it just incase something big goes down. |

So why is Seguin being shopped around? I thought Seguin and Hamilton were the future stars for the bruins. Did they give up on him, because of his poor playoff performance. |

No way in hell I give up one of the 3 top picks this year for someone who has proven to be a #2 center.
A top 3 pick is an overpayment for Seguin, nevermind anything else.

maybe. Also cap troubles, and his value is still high (apparently the entry level bid is a top 10 pick) |

Depends on the return. Do the Bruins really need him right now? A couple of great picks and prospects and some useful and affordable depth guys can certainly improve the team in the long and short terms. |

Why not?
Boston almost won the cup without him.
Trade him and get some good, CHEAP futures.
What you end up getting, will be better than Seguin. |
