Here lies the biggest problem we fans will be facing.

If Darcy decides to keep Miller and continue to overpay while the rest of the roster sucks but the team stays mediocre OR trade Miller, play Ewok, have a really lousy record for two years but build the roster into a contender 3 years from now.

I don't think Darcy has the smarts to retool this roster like Montreal did last year.

I did think he looked good and injected speed, but you are right, it wasn't that significant. The Bickell, Toews, and Kane line was awesome for the Hawks. That is a major factor towards their success.
Edit: Stalberg helped, but he was not the biggest factor.
