while i agree with your myers assessment, I'd like to respectively disagree with this. 1.) we're probably going to trade miller (which I think is a mistake) 2.) vanek will probably be traded too 3.) we have a young goalie, a bottom 6, a defense that plays up to their abilities, but is young, but we don't have a top 6 basically at all.

in 2-3 years we might hvae a top 6 again with grigo, girgs, armia, folingo, hell maybe even tropp, but i really think we need to go balls out and get into the 4-5 position in this draft. "good" isn't going to cut it, we need great at this point. We also need to try to do this without giving up next years 1st, which I'm sure will be high and we would look stupid if we gave it up and then played awful.

bonus: we could do all of these things and sign vinny and maybe vanek would even stay! not likely though.

I am sure the male senior stripper business is much better in Vegas than it is in Buffalo...
