I remember hearing that team can use their two buyouts until next summer...not sure if thats accurate or not. If true, we have no rush to buy any players out now. - systemtool
yes it is next summer deadline to buyout. |

I think Clarky would fit well with Grabbo and Kulemin, when Mac started shooting more Kulemin stopped and started working the boards and corners more. If Clarkson came in as a grinder we might see Kule putting his heavy shot on net... Clarkson scores in the paint pretty well, Just makes sense. Might get them back to their controlling style of play. |

Anybody else think that this center market is starting to look pretty good, could help us get Bozak cheaper. |

That is a very good point, and worth considering for sure. Though some toughness on our top two lines would go a long way. Especially for guys like Kessel and Kadri who it would open alot more ice for. Either way, we're likely to have 3 lines with interchangeable parts. |

Read somewhere today Vinn looking for 5 mil for one year - perfect! No long term tie up, and gives the young guys a year, Kadri can relax and play on the second line. Perfect. |

No, but I read HB long before I became a member. I read for 2 or 3 years before I ever posted.
And it's nice to see UG references still get good laughs. |

Or pass on him altogether. Briere, Vinny and maybe more to come. There are options, for the first time in a long time. |

I read that too, But Richards never wanted to play in a big market. All it takes is a convincing pitch and you never know. |

•Josh Rimer: IF Toronto was going to trade for Kris Letang, it would take at least Jake Gardiner and Nikolai Kulemin. - Woderwick
Heck, they can have Kulemin.
But switch Gardiner for Rielly.
Althought I would rather wait a year for a cheaper version of letang - Rielly! |

Sure, but will he want to spend that one year in Toronto? Some reports say he doesn't want to play in Canada. Also, what do we do after that one year?
I dunno, getting less optimistic about this the more I hear. |

I made that point the other day.
He's certainly not getting what he originally thought he would.
Hell if we buyout Grabs and add even more competition we'd be driving the price down |
