if #2 pick Seguin is a bust then #2 pick JVR is a bust... they had almost identical stats last season..with JVR getting decent top line minutes

Totally disagree, if he were a Leaf he would be labeled a BUST beyond belief. Not being a Leafs is partially what still makes him a stud prospect (other fan bases).

Remember how everyone wanted Kadri traded for a hotdog? WOuldn't be much different if Seguin were a Leaf.

That said, I do agree with you...he is still only 21 and could still become a VERY good hockey player in the NHL.

As of today, the Leafs completely destroyed Boston on the Kessel trade....
