If so the Sabres would have to pay pepsi royalties on all merchandise sold with that on there. I know they do have some things with that logo in the store but the royalties are minimal. New jerseys with that logo would kill the bottom line for the Sabres.

I haven't heard anything about copyright and stuff... I'm not sure. Perhaps that's why they're getting rid of the current one...? In any event, I hope it's the original logo they'll use on the next alternates.

Stastny for a 2nd rounder? Maybe a mid prospect like adam, sundher, or cat

I wonder, though, what could they do design-wise to set it apart from the home and away jerseys...? Especially if they're primarily blue as was stated before...

Everyone can say what they want about Miller and Vanek but, it's a shame how many very good players we lost because of how bad this franchise has been run. Very sad.

Agreed. It's a shame watching them grow old, accomplishing nothing in their careers when we could've won cup(s) by now if it weren't for a poopily-run franchise.
