Plusieurs m'ont écrit à ce sujet. Tant les Islanders que les #Habs disent que le 116e choix va à MTL, comme le dit le document de la LNH

It would be nice to have a good club NOW. I'm all for rebuild for in 5 years from now.. but this team needs to be competitive now. It's just the way it is.
Anyways.. no we won't get Bolland. This club will remain soft as (frank) and fans will cling on to hope on kids potential. - WaterBoy
i think MB can work some magic for us to get someone without having to lose Eller tho no? one would think/hope
he's played it pretty safe so far and i'm sure he knows Bolland pretty well from his days in Chi-town, and for a team like the Hawks to be able to afford losing Bolland and Handzus in one offseason, thus killing their depth down the middle i'd say we might wanna avoid overpaying as well |

They should keep everyone (except Desharnais) and pray for different results in the future. |

Vinny is what the Habs need. He is big and strong on the puck. He is hard to knock off the puck. He can play for many more years! Vinny is the answer! |

I'm the only idiot in here that wants Bolland.
Looks like I'm also one of the fews that want to keep Plek around for many more years to come. |

If Vinny is interested and they can find a taker for DD, it's not impossible but I wouldn't count on it, not with the cap going down this year. Habs will need money for Subban, Eller and a few others next year. |

Lecavalier could be part of the answer. As much as Plekanec is in his prime and not a player you WANT to move, at what point do you consider his trade value if you can perhaps gets your hands on a pretty close player in Lecavalier in order to shore up some other team needs (tough and skillful D, or winger that plays with size and skill)?
EDIT: Sorry, this doesn't seem that clear. I find it annoying that people don't want to trade Plekanec because he's in the prime of his career. Lecavalier (even out of his prime) is comparable to Plekanec (We did completed the comparison a few days ago) and would allow us to trade Plekanec in order to fill other needs on the team. |

If they're going to have a long term rebuild they need to pick higher than 25th. If you are going to pick 25th every year it will be hard to rebuild.
Bolland is only under contract for one more season. So he would be a stop gap. |
