Richards, a pass first Center.... or Lecavalier, whom tends to shoot on a higher

Kessel is a terrific passer, and if Lecavalier is scoring then that opens up more lanes for Kessel.

I'd think a bigger stronger center would be more beneficial to Kessel.

I'm sorry but the reaction was priceless

you might be right, only based on the number of assists Kessel had this season, he fed JVR quire well on a few goals this season, whomever is the better skater between Richards and Lecavalier might end up really being the better fit..

I just don't think Lecavalier wants to be a leaf at all, just a feeling.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them dip into the bargain bin for a guy like Stalberg, Poni, Latendresse, LaRose, Raymond, Boyes, etc.

Raymond and Boyes may wind up getting a bit richer, though... they're just flying under the radar with all the Clarkson and buyout talk.

Latendresse is underrated. LaRose too. Agreed on each name except Ponikarovsky. I just don't see him being useful.
