Philly and Van are interested!! Sure they are, they just can't offer him the playing time leafs and habs can..... oh yeah and they can't (frank)ing afford him!! Oh yeah and NYR is goingt o buy out a mistake in richards and replace that mistake with Lecavalier. Sure!!

I can't imagine how he could possibly even get that now. 4 was too much before.

Kunitz has inflated numbers because of his linemates. Not taing anything away from him, he's a good hockey player, but he'd have commanded 4.5 per on the open market

Biggs needs time with the MArlies, as does percy. I wouldn't trade either right now. probably wouldn't get much for them, so no point in trying. Keep em and develop them.

2 time cup champ, put up better/similar numbers as bozak clarkson when in Anaheim. if hes 4.5, that means the likes of those 2 are less than that.

I hope and pray that Nonis talks to Vinny asap. He can take over the first line center duties and mentor Kadri for several years. He'll come cheap and not at st 5 or 6 million per year. Then make a run for Clarkson. Come on Nonis!

Hard to get a feel really, a glut of UFAs that weren't originally on deck, combined with a significantly smaller cap.
Lots of guys who were looking forward to this UFA period(Weiss) will be upset that they won't cash in like guys in previous years
