Hell yes. Moreover, spread it around. Clutterbuck on the third line some nights.
- Salvo

this.
clutterbuck on the 3rd and lapierre our 4th line center.
maxim can fill in on 3rd no problem when needed as he`s a quality skater, but he fits better on the 4th and is one of the best at that spot in the game

I was very excited when he signed. he filled a role that was so desperately needed.
but for one reason or another, he just refused or was incapable of consistently playing that style. (not saying it`s easy on his body)

ive sorta given up on him.

but him, brown and another physical player signed to our bottom 6 makes us a much more miserable team to play against. I was hoping torres, but he`s been wisely locked up by SJ

He played his role in the AHL playoffs. Hopefully he can do so in the NHL next year.

Gagner kind of looks like Randy with the stache.

Not sure if anybody cares, but if you're bored, the Canucks are having a Q&A with John "The Fonz" Tortorella at 11am PST. Check out their tweet :

Vancouver Canucks ‏@VanCanucks

Your first chance to see John Tortorella live. Watch our Q&A with #Canucks head coach at 11AM on http://YouTube.com/Canucks .

Should be interesting.

I'd prefer trading the 2014 second rather than this year's second in the Clutterbuck deal. Tambicakes is a clown and traded our 3rd and 4th in a deep as (frank) draft year.

I heard a small clip and the media are just a bunch of female genitalias.

Right away asking him about his relationship with the media. They don't even care about on ice product anymore.

Yeah he becomes a bit of a ME guy when he takes really stupid penalties. He would be wise to play a smarter game like Mike Brown. If so, what offensive touch he does have could shine as well.

I don't even care if he does that. He can be the me man he's been all his career, but for (frank) sakes he has to be that agitator he's also been so effective at.

well this the part of his role he hasn't done effectively on a consistent basis during his time here. which is the point of any hesitation at even bothering to pencil him into our projected lineups.

if he can do that, anything else is just gravy

I don't pencil him in. Just have him as an option because I doubt he's dealt. Worse case scenario he's in OKC, which I think Nelson would welcome

You don't get Coburn without giving up anything good. He's a really good shutdown d-man. 1st rounder next year and a good prospect might get it done. 7th overall this year is actually fair.

Here's my thought today. (frank) it, let's go buck wild and take every deal on the table.
Let me just daydream a little bit

Pitlick + Anaheim 2nd <--> Cal Clutterbuck
Hemsky + 7th <--> Cowen + Smith
Nick Schultz + 2014 Edmonton 2nd <--> Scott Hartnell
Sign Lapierre and Emery

Hall-Gagner-Yakupov
Hartnell-Nuge-Eberle
Pajaarvi-Smith-Clutterbuck
Smyth-Lapierre-Brown

Petry-Smid
Schultz-Cowen
Belov-Klefbom

Dubnyk
Emery

- Morris

You're right. You are daydreaming. Cowen isn't going anywhere, anytime soon and it won't be for a bag of pucks (Hemsky)

First time I had one I took 3 poops before finishing it.

Second time only 1 poop.

Third time back to three poops.

True. I just recall hearing about his playoff days in SJS that one year. He was really bad for that crap vs. the Canucks. Retard in full.

We'll worry about that when we get there.

Anyway, I do like the idea of Eakins reforming him a bit. Just seems like there could be a fit there. That mixed with the driving force of avoiding the AHL could be a solid match.
