You can't scratch it on the Stanley cup... You get an E for effort though.

Hell, I'd be laughing.

And I don't mean to make this sound like I'm saying Roberto Luongo is doing that, but if you're a human being with thoughts of your own, knowing that Vancouver's capped out, why would you waive your NTC?

It was ugly last season for him there, no doubt. But now that you've made it through, why on God's green Earth would you limit your options about where you can go?

They can't keep them both, Schneider and Luongo. One has to go. Everybody knows it. If you're him, now that you've waited for a shortened season, you gain nothing by being traded right now.

Does it hurt to start planning for Streits replacement when he goes down with a career ending knee injury in his 5th game with us?

No but being one of the best hockey players in the world, playing on one of the best hockey teams in the world, getting paid millions of dollars a year, and having a hot girlfriend might get ya started.

It amazes me he still has a job to be honest. Our goaltending has been horrid year in and year out. Even good goalies have sucked. Gotta teach them to play according to the way the team plays imo.
- Flyersgod

Again: Simply not factually correct. Simply not.

Let's play guess the goalies:

62GP 5SO 2.59gaa 30-20-9 0.918

59GP 6SO 2.53gaa 34-18-6 0.918

Now, one of those goalies played for the Flyers under Jeff Reese. The other played for another team, in the same season.

Now tell me this: Are you really ready to say that those seasons aren't comparable?

The first goaltender is Martin Biron. The second goaltender is Ryan Miller, from Buffalo. So tell me again how Jeff Reese gets fired again for "goaltending that is horrid year in and year out?"

Alot of them are scumbags but generally yes making that sort of coinage makes you a winner.

What is? What makes a politician a loser? Poor morals doesn't merit being a loser. Hitler had bad morals but he still led a country
