He's already mentioned that he wants to get bigger up front and I agree with him.

It started for us in April

Holmgren has had literally months to formulate a plan. Lets see what he comes up with. A summer like last, and he's dunzo.

If Homer is taking about the chance of moing up in the draft, I wonder if he's been talking trades for some time now with the teams ahead of us. Only teams I see trading with that make sense are Colorado, Nashville, and Florida.

Would love for us to take a look at Weber if anything. Weber and Nashvilles 1st for anyone and our 1st.

In 3 years I think he's done more to hurt our reputation as a place people want to place then he's done to help it. Signing Rich/Carts to long term deals, kicking them out the door. Signing Bryz, running him over with a bus. Bobs looked promising, traded for nothing. Resigned Michael Leighton to play 1 NHL game.

Dude has to be drinking again. He just has too. We need more Zhitniks for Coburns. Where the hell did that magic go?

They could kill to birds and move up and get bigger up front by getting Nichushkin

Mind boggling isn't it? I can see us moving up to 1st overall, and then not picking Jones. Move up to 1st and take Mantha.

I know this is after the fact and I'm not at all unhappy with Luke Schenn but I am surprised that a deal that sends James van Riemsdyk, Meszaros and last years' first round pick wouldn't got Weber here.

not to bring up the past again, but I think carter and richards was another snider mandate. The dude was in tears as he discussed trading them away. They were his picks, he scouted them, came up with them, almost won a cup with them.

He did anything but run over bryz, the media has been blowing that horn, not the management/team.

I would have thrown my phone out the window if Homer thought that would have gotten Weber. JVR, while i like the kid, really hasn't been all that. Mezzy is just blah.

I dunno about you guys... but I can't stand Coots... i grew sour on him.
