Brunner's a FA. Sheahan I like talent wise but man that teletubby incident makes me real nervous.

Jurco's a guy I really like. Frk's pretty good too.

I'd rather keep Vanek, this team is bad with him but it's worse without him. I would keep him and add to the roster but that's just me.

I agree and would definitely want that but I get the impression (especially from Darcy's latest interview) that he doesn't want to extend here. Now if we managed to add a significant player in the draft that might change but it sounds to me like Darcy might go with plan B.

I hate to even read them because I really don't want to inflate your numbers.
Miller is a loud mouth, he's like a cancer, teams who are rolling the dice or swinging for the fence in desperation (ie Eks Flyers) might move heaven and earth for Miller.
Organizations intent on building successful teams for the long haul don't want Miller.
Granted, the man can stop pucks.
But, do you really think the Oilers would want another Pronger situation?
Would Uncle Lou want that guy in Jersey?

Please, review your stuff once in awhile, I'm an avid fan too.

Miller will not get anywhere near what Garth thinks he's worth. Cap has shrunk, Miller is a jerk. Both of these factors will play into what transpires.

We need a player that can play now, not more picks. Darcy has screwed this team up so bad it will take years to fix the problems, the longer he is still here the longer this will take. If we are going through a rebuild or retool it should have started with a new GM.

We are rebuilding, so technically we don't need someone that can play now. Regardless if he stays I won't be upset

Question for you (I've actually been thinking about it) would you be willing to trade out of the 1st round completely if it meant getting a good young player (already in the NHL)

something like 8+16 plus a roster player for Stepan? Not sure Rangers would even consider that but I mean that kind of deal.
