Well I know what I'm doing this upcoming NHL season. Leafs play in Phoenix?

-Take 4-5 day vacation
-Rent a mansion for dirt cheap
-Play 3-4 rounds of golf for cheap
-Go to a Leafs game for free practically (I'm sure they will thrown in shares of the team with every ticket purchase too)

Hahahaha decided to take a look at the cost to rent homes/apartments in Glendale.

3-4 bedroom homes, full big 2br apartments... 50-100 a night

Every other Penguin stayed on the bus.

Rows C-G, so I'm assuming that's 3rd row to 7th row (yeah, I'm that good at math).

For $145 a game, not only do you get to sit right behind the bench (which isn't the best place to watch a game, but I'm guessing you can probably sit whever in the hell you want at a Coyotes game), and it includes free access to your own exclusive bar, with UNLIMITED FOOD AND DRINK!!!! It's the Bud Light Club, so I'm assuming that means beer.

I have kind of taken a vacation from this place after that game 7 loss. Was just too pissed off, still am a bit. Honestly I find the offseason more intersting than the games at this point since I already know what's going to happen in the games: disappointment.

Although, to be fair, in the offseason it's pretty much disappointment as well but at least there is always the case for a bit of optimism.

So I'm interested to see what happens. I'm still not sure I like the Bernier deal more based on the 2nd rounder and retained salary than the rest of it that and he isn't a guaranteed thing either. I think they should have gone all out on an unquestionable #1 keeper (not named Luongo, not with his current contract at least) or just stuck with Reimer despite his flaws.

I'm still holding out hope that this is the offseason that we FINALLY get a legit #1 centre but odds are we overpay for some mediocre guy via free agency or trade or give Bozak $5.5mil or something stupid like that.

Anyway, shall be an interesting couple of weeks between now and free agency opening to see buyouts, the draft, trades and stuff.
