Our Editor-in-Chief just turned in his column to me this morning. He started five sentences with "But" and three of the eight paragraphs were a single run-on sentence.

It worked when they could give them those 10 year deals to even out the cap hit, now it's just not worth it anymore.

1. Having a backup goaltender at a 5.6 million dollar cap hit is insanity.
2. Bryzgalov will become a huge distraction/malcontent and make the Flyers room a toxic environment.

Maybe they have, but just so the don't influence history they dont say anything. Maybe it was future people and not aliens that helped build or civilization. Maybe UFO's our the future us coming back to visit.

First, I don't work FOR any writer, especially one at this company. Second, no, we don't have a sports section. Third, when I did work for a paper with sports writers they were all losers. Every single one of them thought they were cool because they covered sports and two thirds of them couldn't take a lap around the parking lot or throw a ball in the direction they intended it to go.
