Hank quick rinne - dmarsden2988
quick was only average during the regular season. turned it on in the playoffs honestly, but he has the benefit of playing behind one of the best crease clearing teams in the league.
both chicago and LA seem to be very good at helping out the goalie. |

Guys...
Please remember that Miller has a "partial no-trade clause" in his contract.
Before being moved, Miller must first submitt a list of 8 teams that he's willing to go to.
He's not going to Fla, Edm, Col, or Phx for a yr... The only way he get's moved is if it's to a contender. - SuperCat
He also stated that he won't impede a trade, so we'll see.

And the prior times he missed the playoffs? - dmarsden2988
miller has made the playoffs 4 times since becoming a starter, and has missed it 4 times.
the past 2 years are more than excusable.
the other 2 were in the 2 seasons immediately following the loss of briere and drury.
those 4 years the team was pretty bad. |

And what about prior years? - dmarsden2988
2011-2012 - another poop team....BARELY missed the playoffs
2010-2011 - got the sabres to the playoffs..we get bounced by flyers in 7 (not miller's fault...they just beat the crap outta our best guys...richards hit on connelly, targeting vanek, etc.)
2009-2010 - ...vezina |

Someone posters earlier that Miller said if the Sabres wanna move him, his NTC won't be an issue...
There may be some teams he wouldn't extend with, which would make our return less, but all those teams above are in the playoffs with Miller in net
And EDM & COL would only be another player or 2 away from being a legit contender |

Trust me.. He will if you try trading him to Flordia.
Lets be real about this.
Miller is going to take full advantage of UFA, to set himself up for the rest of his career. |

Trust me...
U don't know Miller's thought process any better than the rest of us
FLA won their division just a year ago, it's a great place to live, they have a nice mix of vets w some very good young talent (and are about to add anothe piece)...
And it can't hurt that Soupy is there either, he & Miller used to come into Coles all the time when I managed it
And btw, FLA was pretty far down on my list
I think it'll be NYI or Philly, with us getting their 1st +
Or Minn, who had a good amount of prospects we'd be interested in
Those other teams will certainly make a phone call or two though... They'd be dumb not to |

Nothing compared to the stank that wafts off the players molting in the basement that you've been wallowing in for the past 7 years. |

Quicks backup had better numbers than he did. Howard has been up and down. Price has been up and down, Rask is close.
Honestly besides Hank, not one goalie I can for sure say I would rather have than Miller. |

I thought it was good, the back and forth stuff got to me a bit
I do not want to give it away for others
it was nice to see a hot Lois Lane, for once
they are making a sequel and then a justice league movie
superman IMO is the hardest of super heroes to translate to the big screen
WWZ was epic on the other hand |

Totally disagree about Edm..
Besides a line of elite teenagers (Hall/RNH/Yakapov), the rest of their team is mostly garbage and scap parts. Dont forget that they finished worse than Buffalo this yr.
Col however is an exciting place right now. O'Riley, Duschane, Stastney, Parenteau, and Eric johnson give them a solid young core to compliment the #1 pick.
