Real creative bud. Never heard that one. Oh oh! How about this?

What's the difference between a bra and the senators franchise? A bra has two more cups

Gunnarsson and Reimer for Gagner maybe.. no chance gardiner + for a Gagner who hasnt scored as much as Grabovsky in the league

Make fun of Leafs fans for hyping Gardiner yet your blogger hypes up Klefbom like he's the next Lidstrom. No way Oilers get Gardiner for a small soft center like Gagner.

The insinuation that Schultz and Gagner for Reimer and Gardiner is on par for Liles and Reimer for Sam and Justin seems to indicate that you don't think very highly of Nick Schultz.
- Morris

lol an over exaggeration but really, that trade is brutal. I hear you guys describe schultz as a real solid 5/6 dman, just payed a little steep. We have enough of those. Gagner is good, but is he really what we're looking for? I'd rather give grabo a spot in the top 6 scoring and see if he bounces back. Riemer is a potential number one and gardiner has potential to be an elite offensive dman and we think of him as you think of schultz.

To put it in oilers terms, would you think Dubynk and J schultz are worth gagner and N schultz? Probably not

Consistent 40's, he's only 23. Plus he is no Hall, Eberle, Nuge, or Yakupov. And as your saying "Agree or disagree but 1 yr doesn't make you a stud!!! " you are also saying the same thing for Gardiner ( Sorry for the spelling, I do not know how to spell his name )
- Oilers4Life14

I'm certainly not saying Gardiner is a stud, he's been inconsistent as well although I think the Leafs mis-managed him somewhat since his arrival in TO.

All i'm saying is Gagner has the tools but he's only had 1 good season so until he puts 2 or 3 or 4 consistent seasons together, then you can put him in the talk about solid players. Will he ever be a superstar, probably not.

You guys will crap all ovet any Gardiner trade that doesnt involve Ebs, Hall, Nuge or Yak and he certainly isnt worth any of them, so the whole debate is pointless.

I hate you Clouts.

Gardiner's (frank)ing criminally overrated. This blog was nonsense. But Gagner is a proven NHLer. Gardiner has proven jacksh*t. One good playoff series and the hockey world thinks he's a top 3 pick for (frank) sakes
- TheNugeIsHuge

You forget a really good rookie season on that resume as well. Gardiner to us if what J schultz is to you guys. And I'm sure you would want to swap them, nor would I. Neither is worth a top 3 pick, especially in this years draft

Gagner fought Dillon, Beauchemin, Johnson, Halischuck, Kesler, Conroy, and Jokien... All pretty much taller than him.

And he's probably taller than you, and probably still can kick your ass...

Oh so you don't think he is going to be a top 4 dman?
- 6Karlsson5

I think every fan thinks their organization's top defensive prospect, especially those picked top 20, have at least a 'good' chance of being a top 4 dman.

Am I wrong?

lol you can throw in schultz with them but to me theyre pretty similar so that would be pretty redundant. But yes, thats true. I agree he isnt worth any of them, think of our perspective. Would you trade any of those above players for a package of lesser players? I doubt it. Not saying gagner is a lesser player, hes good, just not what i would want to do if we were trading gardiner.
