Don't be a drama queen! So far Nonis has only overpaid by 1 second rounder, hardly facking up the off season. In about 8 months we could have a solid backup in Reimer and a quality starter in bernier.
It's ok.

- Fakepartofme

Frattin was a damn fine hockey player who looked set to break out before he blew out his knee. This year looked like a rehab year and I fully expect him to play well in LA.

The problem isn't really with losing the assets, though. It's the fact that we're shopping in the wrong aisle.

We would have been fine rolling with what we had while trying to make a move elsewhere. We addressed a position that wasn't really an issue with a giant question mark.

1st Rounder 2013
Phaneuf

for

Bobby Ryan

Thoughts? Too much? Too little? Sign the papers?

- Mapleleafs_91

Too much. Dion is better than that.

Dude scrivens his ass, sorry to break it to you, he was never any good.

Frattin fell apart this season, he was off target, loved him, but he is inconsistent and at the age of 25 turning 26, he still hasnt got his poop together. Unless he is a late bloomer, thats it he will be.

- Mapleleafs_91

Frattin also had knee surgery, but was playing well before it.
I think this season comingsis gong to be a breakout year for him. And i honestly hope so. I like him.

Youre not all wrong. But sometimes the good value may note what was on the list. If you are looking for tuna but steak is on sale for the same price,.... Go for steak and change what's for dinner.

Would rather have our top 4 wingers consist of ryan, kessel, jvr, lupul, with kadri as one of our centers

But he's still an asset. You can shop him around as part of a package for something a lot more useful than a goalie with even fewer games played than your starter.

Yeah... apparently The Leafs have sent Frattin, Scrivens and a pick for Bernier...

IMO not a (frank)ing chance in hell this happens

No, but he wants to be. And we can get him cheap because of that.
All we have to do is give him the piece of paper to sign and he's ours at 3.85M/yr

Until proven you aren't a better team. Unprovens for unprovens. A trade just to make a trade.

Yes you are now go away. I said I like dion, I don't want rid of him. Use him and pay him correctly.

You and people like you are the reason leafs fans are disliked. Good job.

Wow,

anytime I throw a 2nd rounder into a trade proposal on here it gets shot down.

But when Nonis does it...plan a freakin' parade
