i think u are confusing me with someone else u were trying to say la wasn;t a defensive team.. i said they are .. and the u started talking about the trade..... and u almost quoted what i posted earlier... i like the trae they gave up nothin.. but on ur point of la not being defensive u could n;t be more wrong... just cause they give up lots of shots doesn;t mean they arent defensive.

If you're gonna trade assets do you really do it for a goalie?

Bernier is an upgrade over Scrivens so the Reimer/Bernier tandem of goalies could be quite effective for the Leafs. Frattin is probably the biggest loss for Toronto in the deal.

thats assuming both of them want to play in a tandem... both have made statements saying they want a number one job... Reimer succeeded when we gave him the opportunity and then we bring in another goalie who also wants to be a number 1 and is the reason he asked for a trade in the first place... makes no sense

I don't consider la to be in the same class of say, the coyotes when it comes to defensive hockey

75% of la's defense is possession and offense
