They must forfeit this year's pick right? That sucks if that's the case....

They had to forfeit one of their next 4 1st rounders. Next year is the last year they can decide to do so, so it's either this year or next....and this year the draft is in Jersey, so they won't be doing it this year, especially with a top 9 pick
