Yakupov ain't getting traded for anybody. I honestly wouldn't trade him for any player in the league..not sayin he's the best player but there's way to much potential with him..He's the perfect right winger for Oilers.

No, you saying our players aren't worth poop, while acting like yours are made out of solid platinum shows your homerism. If you payed attention to anything Sabres-related, you'd know that Miller is an above-average goaltender on an absolutely dismal team. Saying we'd MAYBE get a conditional 13th overall pick for Miller is stupid. He's obviously not getting us a top 5, but not that mediocre of a return.

Yes and Dubnyk is a terrible goalie behind a great team. EDM's SV% was tied 7th best in the league this year. When BUF fans say EDM is in dire need of goaltending help, it means they didn't see an EDM game this year and havent done any research at all.

EDM was 2nd to BUF in most SA/G. You guys have got to stop acting like Miller was peppered with shots and Dubey sat around playing with snow all game long.

Never said EDM players were worth a lot, but good luck finding someone that'll trade a first overall pick for scraps.

well if we do, this is the type of player we're expecting back.

so seeing as most of those guys aren't available, we'll be looking for a tier down if you will.
but in that case we'll be using other assets to attempt to acquire said players (7th, prv, gagner, klefbom etc etc)

I'm not saying Dubey is a poopty goaltender. He's very capable, but isn't some all-star stud. Miller isn't superman either, but saying Miller isn't very good when he faced the chances he did this year is pretty ludicrous. Just look at some of the chances he had to face... 2 on 0s, regular breakaways, countless 2 on 1s, 40+ shot games he stole for us, etc.

It would completely mess with team chemistry, Hall, Yak, and RNH are the future in Edmonton..you don't trade those guys for anybody. Chemistry is more important than talent.

I don't want to give gagner more than 4.5 per. He is not a two way guy and to me, doesn't deserve over 5mill. I'd love to couple him and the 7th overall to upgrade at the 2c position.

In all seriousness, chemistry is a ridiculously temporary thing, while skill can't just disappear. Both are important, but if you say you wouldn't trade Yaks for Crosby solely because of 1 line's chemistry, you're just a tad insane.
