The more I watch the playoffs, the more I think you only need one elite puck mover. Letting, Keith, niedermeyer, etc. if you think Rielly will be that guy, I make the trade. Gagner certainly has more skill than Bozak and I still think has potential to be ppg.

How far off are their D prospects? Whoever they get in return for Stastny is not going to shore up that defense in any way.

Why not take Jones for an area of extreme need, still trade Stastny for another quality D and actually have some defense?

EDIT: I guess there is the very real possibility they go with the EDM "model." Draft BPA and ignore weaknesses.

Id rather see the Leafs trade for Ryan Miller instead of Bernier. Pick 21, Frattin for Miller?? Still gives Riemer the chance to be #1 in the future. Miller will have a bounceback year out of Buffalo IMO.
